At 2A Marketing, we believe that the environment in which people learn and train plays a crucial role in their motivation and overall experience. When MOKAN Laborers Training Center approached us to enhance their breakroom space, where apprentices take their breaks between intensive construction skills training, we knew we could create something truly inspiring.

Floor-to-Ceiling Wall Graphics with a Purpose

The goal of this project was to energize and uplift the apprentices during their meal breaks—whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner—by surrounding them with motivational messages. The floor-to-ceiling wall graphics, which cover the south and west walls of their breakroom, were designed not only to transform the space visually but also to provide an atmosphere of encouragement and growth.

With bold and impactful designs, the wall wraps feature the newly redesigned MOKAN Laborers Training Center logo (more on the logo transformation in an upcoming post) alongside motivational quotes to keep the apprentices focused on their journey. The first quote, “Build Your Skills,” sets the tone for the training experience, reminding them of the value of hard work and dedication. The second, “Build Your Future,” reinforces the long-term benefits of mastering construction skills and excelling in their trade.

Video Tour: Bringing the Graphics to Life

To fully capture the impact of these wall graphics, we’ve created a video that takes you on a complete tour of the space. The video pans across the entire room, showing the detailed design and how seamlessly the graphics integrate with the space. The motivational quotes, combined with the new logo, create a powerful visual narrative that inspires and energizes every apprentice who steps into the breakroom.

This project is a testament to how thoughtful design can transform even a functional space like a breakroom into a motivational hub for future construction professionals. Stay tuned for another post where we’ll dive into the process behind the MOKAN logo redesign.
