The Challenge

SAIA’s Annual Convention is the premier gathering of scaffold and access professionals nationwide. For 2024, the Association wanted to:

Capture the energy and scale of the event in Fort Worth

They needed a partner who could handle everything—on-site coverage, quick-turn edits, and strategic integration into their website and future campaigns.

Our Approach

2A Marketing deployed a four-person multimedia team to Fort Worth for the full week of the convention (Tuesday morning – Friday afternoon). Each member played to their strengths:

  • Chris Hagan – President of Sales & On-Camera Host
    With a radio background and natural presence, Chris interviewed SAIA members and leadership, pulling out authentic stories and insights.
  • Alex Rausch – Account Manager & Digital Strategist
    Coordinated the content flow, ensuring video and social aligned with SAIA’s broader marketing strategy and future ad campaigns.
  • Jill Frogge – Videographer & Account Manager
    Captured stunning B-roll of sessions, networking, and the Fort Worth setting. Jill led the on-site editing, turning around polished recaps within hours.
  • Jon Dunn – Co-Founder & Website Director
    Oversaw video direction, managed the technical workflow, and ensured deliverables were optimized for SAIA’s website and future digital use.

  • A planned auto-play background video for SAIA’s website.
  • A teaser trailer for Nashville 2025 that will serve as the event’s primary promotional asset.
