As a third-generation family business with a proud history and loyal customer base, Overdoors of Illinois wanted to showcase their story, expertise, and modern capabilities through high-quality video content. They needed a partner who could help translate their 70-year legacy into a visual story that connects with today’s homeowners and commercial clients alike.
Our Approach
2A Marketing kicked off the partnership with an immersive three-day on-site video shoot. Jon Dunn and Jill Frogge traveled with professional camera and drone equipment to capture the essence of the company—its people, history, and commitment to quality.
We conducted in-depth interviews with the owner, his sons, and several team members to highlight the family’s generational dedication to the trade. We also gathered testimonials from customers and filmed both residential and commercial job sites to capture their range of services in action. Supporting drone and handheld b-roll added energy and depth to the storytelling.
Results
The final long-form brand story video brought the company’s culture, craftsmanship, and customer focus to life. The team at Overdoors of Illinois was thrilled with the outcome—calling it an authentic representation of who they are and what they stand for.
