Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commission-Based Marketing Sales Representative to join our team. As a Commission-Based Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, promoting our products/services, and driving revenue growth through effective marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through market research, networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods. Develop a strong pipeline of leads to pursue.

- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and maintaining open communication to ensure ongoing satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, with a focus on marketing products/services. Experience in commission-based sales is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with potential clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, along with the ability to handle objections and overcome challenges.
